The massive beast that is Hollywood continues on its path through Asia, with Korean remaining a big target for remake possibilities.
The latest movie to get sucked into the mighty maw is Seven Days, which stars Lost’s Yun-jin Kim and has only just opened in Korea. The plot finds her starring as a lawyer who must work to get a convicted killer out of jail or her kidnapped daughter will be murdered.
Summit entertainment nabbed the rights to remake it, and wants to kick off shooting next year. There’s no word on whether Kim will reprise her role, but if Lost is still shut down by the writer’s strike, she may get her chance. Assuming of course that Summit actually has a script…
s Cillian Murphy and I wonder how big his role will be.
I remember when Batman Begins was filming three years back and the shear excitement I had when I switched on my computer to see what the latest scoop was with the movie. It’s really starting to get like that with The Dark Knight for me now.
With the clever ambiguous ending of the Scarecrow’s narrative arc in Batman Begins, we all wondered when exactly the character would show up again the series. Well I can tell you we have 100% evidence that the Scarecrow is in Batman’s next adventure from Superohero Hype.
There is the character, just behind the white van. We have to presume it’s Cillian Murphy and I wonder how big his role will be.

Continuing on his path of selecting films with terrible titles, Samuel L. Jackson has signed on to star in Deathgames, opposite Twilight and Elm Street‘s Kellan Lutz.
Former visual effects supervisor Jonah Loop, will make his directorial debut with the modern gladiator film. In the story, Lutz is kidnapped and forced to battle in the arena for the entertainment of online spectators. Jackson runs the games, overseeing them from his lair with the help of twin ladies "who see to his every desire." Just like Steven Seagal. If Seagal were computer-literate.

Mark Wahlberg and his brother Donnie are getting into the restaurant game. The Boston Herald reports they will open their own grill restaurant under the cutesy moniker, “Wahlburgers.” Whoopi Goldberg is probably kicking herself.
However, that got us to wondering which other celebrities have delved into the restaurant biz? Sure, there are your House Of Blues chains and Michael Jordan’s Steakhouses, but what of the smaller establishments that might not be on the map yet? Check them out.
